Why Blog?
The benefits of a blogosphere is that it creates a common interest like for example, a blogger might want to blog about fashion, therefore other bloggers may share the same interest to that particular blogger. According to Windows Live Space (2008), Asia's blogosphere is primarily driven by social connections, people wanting to have their own corner of cyberspace where they can express themselves with their network of friends and family. Therefore bloggers would want to express their ideas and thoughts to a network of friends and whoever may it be. It's just simple to create a blog and it just takes few minutes.

Others may want to blog the purpose of having a personal space in the internet. A blog may be the purpose of having a place for them to say anything they want, akin to have your individual space on a public notice board (Thinkquest, 2008).
